Sweden is a country I love and not just because of Abba!
I love the openest, the natural beauty it is, the intricate landscape created by its thousand lakes… I love its design scene and its beautiful cities. I love how Swedish are so relaxed and all the ones we know and have met were super nice, open and fun.
With regards to food, in a land of fish and meatball, it may come as as surprise that as a vegan, I never had any problem! Again, I felt that Swedish were very open & knowledgable. I was never asked: “but you do eat fish?” Instead, when nothing was readily available, they went out of their way to prepare something special.
Sweden is definitely a country I long to go back to!
